About Me

During my years of undergoing intense transformation, I have learned the power of healing your inner child.  While going through the toughest moments in my life I began to understand the power I had within. Through this discovery, I realized how all my life lessons stemmed from trauma done to my inner child. This trauma stopped me from seeing myself the way the most high sees me, which began to distract me from my purpose. In fact, I wished and prayed it away, but the purpose will always find you and make you do the work.  So, I began to do the work! It was not easy healing the parts of me I tried to pretend were okay. The truth is true happiness starts within and for me to see transformation in the physical I had to honor my spirit. I then discovered that the very thing I did all my life was my purpose. I am a healer and a light that was sent here to help others see themselves for who they really are without all their armor and scar. To truly love yourself is the most beautiful thing in life because it helps to see the world and people in a different light. I always say though I am in the world I am not of it.

Lost in the past since a little girl

In insecurities that shattered my world

From not realizing the power that lied within

I searched the world for fulfillment

When I should’ve really looked within

Unable to make decisions in life

Internal battles reflects to the world as fright

Looking back over the time I felt I wasted

My smile turned to a frown

What a journey of being lost and then found

Praying for direction

What to do next

Lost and Found

I don’t wanna live life with regrets

Lost in desire

Ambitions I’ve admired

I was stuck in one place

It was like quicksand all around

This is my journey of being lost to found

From a girl with little self-esteem

To a Queen who knows her power and everything in between

From a single woman trying to find her next phase in life

To a single mother rediscovering what life would be like

From knowing the truth of the world

Then now seeing it apply to me

To knocking down walls and overcoming struggles and not letting them overcome me

From turning my frown upside down

To have a new perspective on life

What a joy to be found

Now I sit in my light with intention, clarity, and desire

I prayed for these better days now I am vibing higher

I was lost but being found was truly my desire

I can now say I’ve become someone I truly admire
